dubiduba asked: My new roomate brought her new male cat. I have a female cat at home. The new cat immediately tried to chase my cat away. I need advice how to make this transition smooth and what to do to so these two cats get along. Male also sprays, is there any way to stop spraying? Thank you

krista asked: My family got a new cat last Wednesday. He seems very scared of his new surroundings. He has a space set all to himself with his litterbox, bed, and food. Whenever we take him out to walk on his own, he runs into a corner or under a table and starts meowing. However, he is fine if he is in my lap. We also have a small dog, but our new cat doesn’t seem to mind her at all. What can I do to make him more comfortable with his new home?

SaveTheROOster asked: My 3 years old castrated & outdoor male kitty moves to a new apartment, in a new area on the second floor so he won’t be able to go out anymore. How much will it take for him to get used to it and what can i do to help him adjust with the new home and the new conditions?

concretebrunette asked: Okay, I have a cat, and my boyfriend has one. In the future we plan on moving into an apartment together, instead of me moving into his house or him moving into mine. So we have a unique cat situation. We won’t be introducing cats to a house that already has cats. So not only will we have the trauma of a new house, but throw in a new cat as well. Neither of them will have the “home field” advantage. How difficult will this be?
